For most people who visit and live in Florida, it is a true slice of paradise under the sun and palm trees, and even more so in the spring, one of the favorite seasons for visitors and residents alike. On pages 8 and 9, I present a report on a resolution between Quebec and Florida that clearly shows that, little by little, the work and business opportunities are not merely symbolic, but are taking shape on the ground in Florida, much to the delight of the state and the beautiful province.
Another topic of interest: the taxi industry is truly on the cutting edge with recent technological advances in robotaxis and flying taxis in Florida. Flore Kayl provides an update on the subject on page 5.
