A TOUCHING AND HILARIOUS SHOW!
On Saturday, February 28, Canadian Consul General in Miami Sylvia Cesaratto invited guests to a brunch at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach (WPB), followed by a performance of the Canadian play Kim’s Convenience, which has been a huge hit on Netflix.
Montreal producer Adam Blanshay was in attendance, as was Diane Quinn, CEO of the Kravis Center in WPB, who was born and raised in the Toronto area. Le Soleil de la Floride was there for the occasion.
The production Kim’s Convenience is a must-see! Not only is it hilarious, but it is also deeply moving. During the performance, the audience was captivated by the play and experienced a wide range of emotions, from laughter to shared tears.
Our colleague Flore Kayl attended the show with her 13-year-old twins: « The play is age-appropriate, and we laughed a lot! Some parts are moving too, but overall it’s very joyful. My boys are soccer fans, so they really enjoyed the references to that as well. I was delighted to be able to share this show with them because they really enjoyed it. It was a wonderful family moment. »
Performances of Kim’s Convenience will run until March 8.
Please note that the show is in English.
